d he decided he would run a 10k with his family and he hadn't exercised in months. He did well for not having done any type of exercise in months. This summer he decided at the last minute that he was going to run a half marathon with his sisters (literally last min. he entered the race at 9:00p.m. the night before). He hadn't trained at all. In fact the furthest he had ever ran was a 10k. I waited at the finish with my phone in hand waiting for them to call and say Jason died some where along the way. To my suprise he came running to the finish line with his extemely fit sister Christie. He ran the half in a little over 2 hours. I was so shocked. He told me that he ran the whole way never stopping to walk once.

Later that night we went to the movies and he could hardly walk up and down the stairs. He laughed at himself and said that he looked like one of his uncles who has MD.
